Shipping
Where do you ship from? Every order ships from our US warehouse.
How long will it take? Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
What's your return policy? You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tagged, and return shipping is covered by the customer. Full details live on our Returns & Refunds page.
My item arrived damaged or wrong — what now? Message us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Sizing
How do your pieces fit? Most run oversized and baggy by design — size down for a cleaner fit. Check the Size & Fit Guide for how to measure and where to find garment measurements.
The embroidery
Is it really hand-embroidered? Yes. Every embroidered piece is stitched by hand, so small variations from piece to piece are normal — that's the mark of the real thing, not a defect.
Orders & payment
Can I change or cancel my order? Reach out through the Contact page as fast as you can. Once an order has shipped we can't change it, but we'll always try.
Is checkout secure? Yes — checkout is encrypted and processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your card details.
