Shipping

Where do you ship from? Every order ships from our US warehouse.

How long will it take? Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.

Returns & exchanges

What's your return policy? All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges or issue refunds, so please review the product details and our Size & Fit Guide before ordering — and message us through the Contact page if you're unsure about sizing before you buy.

Sizing

How do your pieces fit? Most run oversized and baggy by design — size down for a cleaner fit. Check the Size & Fit Guide for how to measure and where to find garment measurements.

The embroidery

Is it really hand-embroidered? Yes. Every embroidered piece is stitched by hand, so small variations from piece to piece are normal — that's the mark of the real thing, not a defect.

Orders & payment

Can I change or cancel my order? Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before checkout — we're unable to change or cancel an order once it's been placed.

Is checkout secure? Yes — checkout is encrypted and processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your card details.
