We want you in the right fit. If something isn't right, here's exactly how it works.

Return window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Returns that show signs of wear can't be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to start a return

Reply to your order confirmation email (or message us through our Contact page) with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a little longer to post.

Damaged or wrong items

If your piece arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Final sale

Items marked final sale or clearance can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.
